Our technical departments advisory panel is made out of chemists, biologists and agronomist dedicated to detect new problems existing in agriculture, with the aim of finding solutions in the laboratory in a timely manner for each crop.

Our greatest effort is directed towards the technical development of biofertilizers and biostimulants based on microorganisms and organic molecules from natural sources.

The application of microorganisms inoculum is proved to be effective in promoting plant productivity and in the induction of resistance in physiological stress situations reducing the use of chemical substances.

Asfertglobal invests more than 5% of is turnover each year in R & D activities and has the privileged to participate in a good number of national and international projects in collaboration with various public and private establishments. The partnership with the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon is a keystone for the development of new biofertilizers with zero impact on the environment.
