All legal requirements, regulations and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System are ensured according to the norm NP EN ISO 9001: 2015.

In this way, we would like to highlight some of the principles of our Quality Policy:

There is a permanent interaction with clients and stakeholders in order to anticipate and adapt their needs and expectations, but also to know their opinion about the quality of the products and services that we provided them;
Ensure that our business partners and us have mutual beneficial relationships which provide joint growth;
There are adequate management mechanisms to ensure the proper implementation of Quality Management System and its continuous improvement; and always look for new solutions that make it possible to strengthen the company, both at an organizational and personal level, in order to meet the corporate strategy;
To promote employees’ motivation and their active participation in the processes, stimulate individual initiative, teamwork, responsibility for goals achievement, professional training and high technical and human competence;
Encourage the development of activities that allow the implementation of quality policy and continuously improvement of the Quality Management System effectiveness.
